Through our extensive Search and Selection experience, we have developed a 5 stage process to deliver an efficient and effective headhunting service.

The Brief

We meet with Clients to discuss their requirements. During this meeting we will use our experience and knowledge to advise Clients of the probability of success. We only accept assignments where we are confident of a placement. We create a briefing document covering the business, the products/services the role, typical candidate profile, key skills, target industries and other information likely to assist the search process.

The Search

Following the briefing we identify possible candidate sources and we provide our Clients with a search plan, as the search progresses the plan will go through a process of change to take account of new information. We realise that we do not have a monopoly of wisdom and we encourage contribution from our Clients into the search plan. We locate possible candidates, and provide and initial list to the Client for approval before making contact. Clients review and amend as necessary, and we progress the assignment.

The Selection

Candidates are contacted, suitable resumes are collected and reviewed with the Client. We agree with the Client the most suitable selection process, which could include a combination of, Client only Interview, Consultant only interview, combined Client/Consultant interview, Assessment testing, etc. Following this selection an offer is made.

The Offer

During the assignment we will have developed a close relationship with the Client and the Candidate, we can provide professional guidance to Clients in relation to the offer and assist the Client with delicate candidate negotiations.

The Review

To assist us with our continuous improvement process we review the assignment with the Client and the Candidate 3 months following the candidate appointment date.
